I am a meditation practitioner and teacher in the Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist lineage of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.

I have engaged in extensive teacher training in somatic meditation, including the Meditating with the Body program, through the Dharma Ocean Foundation. I received my RYT-200 yoga teacher certification from Santosha Yoga Institute, and have completed the foundational training in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at Justice Resource Institute. I am also a master’s student in Clinical Social Work, with a specialization in Trauma Responsive Social Work, at the Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice at the University of Chicago.

I teach somatic meditation in a wide range of settings, including universities, yoga studios, community centers, and correctional facilities.

My Current Teaching Schedule

I offer weekly meditation sessions via Zoom to the University of Chicago community. Please contact me if you would like to be included on the mailing list.
